Ortho-Bionomy® - Above the Dome- Thoracic visceral
In this class we will explore the bony structures, organs, and the soft tissue; that help hold the structure together or pull on each other causing misalignments and dysfunctions. We will be using an Ortho-Bionomy
® approach to help bring balance to the Thoracic cavity and throat (Ribs, Intercostal muscles, Diaphragm, Trachea and Bronchi) organs (Lungs, Pleura, Heart, Thyroid) and bring them into relationship with their surroundings.

Ortho-Bionomy® - Below the Dome- Abdominal Visceral
    This class presents an Ortho-Bionomy
®  approach to restoring the functional movements of the abdomen and the organs of digestion. We will look at the viscera as a community within itself and explore how its movements extend out into the surrounding areas.
In this class, we will explore the sphincters, liver, gallbladder, stomach, intestines and more. We will learn to palpate and sense the organ themselves and how they relate to each other. We will also work with the bony structures and soft tissues that support them.
When I first took this visceral class in 2007. I remember my instructor Darlene Smith saying, “If the body is not changing, we need to look at the viscera.” I spent six years assisting her as we discovered the potential of the body to heal and how the viscera played an important role.
Did you know the liver can cause right shoulder, neck and breathing issues?
Did you know the mesentery root can cause issues with the right sacroiliac joint and prolapse of the uterus and bladder?
Did you know the large intestine can cause hip & low back pain, and sciatica?
These are just a few examples of how the viscera can affect the structure of the body. The viscera can also affect each other causing poor digestion, nutrient absorption and removal of toxic substances and wastes. Come join us and learn how the viscera play a vital role in our health and well being.

    Ortho-Bionomy
    ® - Pelvic Visceral
In this class we will use Ortho-Bionomy
®  to explore the urinary tract and the reproductive system. We will work with the individual organs and look at their relationship to each other. We will also look at the surrounding soft tissues and the supporting structures.  We will work with the kidneys, ureters, bladder, uterus, prostate, ovaries, spine, pelvis, and the pelvic floor.
“When we work with the pelvis. We are addressing the very core of our stability. Pelvic stability has a major impact on how we meet the earth and walk in the world on a daily basis as well as enhancing total body health”. Darlene Smith

November 7th - Study Group - Urinary bladder and the Prostate. $75.00
