The repetitive rhythmic strokes will work on many levels to purify your skin, stimulate your lymphatic system, as well as calm your mind and body. The instructor will present Phase Four techniques that specifically focus on issues at the spine. This will include working at the neck, thoracic spine, ribs, psoas & pelvis. The student will be taught to observe and recognize subtle changes that signify release of tension patterns and muscular contractions patterns and muscular contractions. There will be a strong focus placed on the comfort of the person who is on table as well as the practitioner.
