We offer several ways to pay for upcoming classes. After you fill out the online registration form, you will be given the following options:
DEPOSIT TO SECURE Early Bird Rate: Via PayPal, you may pay a $100. deposit to secure the early bird rate. The remaining balance must be paid by the early bird cut off date. You can pay the balance by check (must be postmarked no later than the early bird cut off date) or by credit card. If by credit card, please pay via the invoice emailed to you from The Therapeutic Alternative.
PAY IN FULL: Via PayPal, you may pay the full amount due by credit card at the time of your online registration. *You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.
To pay in full by check, make check out to the instructors name. Include the title and date of class and your phone number on your check. To receive the early bird rate when paying by check, your envelope must be postmarked no later than the early bird cutoff date.
Mail checks to: The Therapeutic Alternative ~ 301 Camino Gardens Blvd., Suite 102, Boca Raton, FL 33432 Checks may be deposited approximately 2 weeks before class start date or after class weekend. This depends on if instructor is local or out of town.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We rely on your confirmed attendance to make important arrangements for our classes. If you need to cancel, please let us know no fewer than 20 days prior to the first day of class. Cancellations must be in writing via our contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The date of cancellation shall be considered the date of your email. If you do not receive a reply that we have received your cancellation, please call Cecilia Redigan, Class Coordinator at 561.392.3340.
If you cancel 20 days prior to the first day of class, you will be refunded the full amount less $100. which will be applied to a future class and must be used within one year of the class date that you cancelled. Or if you request, the full registration amount may be applied to a future class within one year of your cancellation. If you cancel less than 20 days of the start of your class, you will receive a 50% refund or you can choose to apply the full amount to a future class to be used within 1 year.
Refunds for credit/debit card payments shall be made within 5 business days; payments by check shall be refunded within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to not reaching the minimum number of students needed to host a class. Notice of such cancellation would be given no less than 30 days prior to the class start date. If we cancel the class, you will receive a full refund.
**We recommend if you are flying in from out of town to not purchase your flight until the class has been confirmed. Confirmation of class will be no less than 30 days from the class start date.**

Class begins at 9:00 am sharp unless otherwise noted on the class info page. Please arrive at Comfort Inn Oceanside one half hour early on the first day to purchase the weekend parking pass upfront. $5.30 per day. $10.60 for both days. Overnight guests pay $10.60 per day for parking. Display parking pass on your dashboard.
