TBDOrtho-Bionomy®: Fluids, Fascia and the Lymphatic System -

• Day 1 -  Intro to Fluids Fascia and the Lymphatic System, Power Point Presentation, Experiential Exercises, Lymph Node Drainage, video presentation
• Day 2 -  Head Neck and Shoulders - Will include sinus treatment - Inner mouth         
• Day 3 -  Upper Trunk, Shoulders and Arms, Diaphragm - Post Mastectomy Treatment, Case Studies
• Day 4 -  Lower Trunk – Diaphragm, Pelvis, Legs, Breath Work, Movement Work              
• Day 5 - September 18th-  Study Group 9-12pm ($75.Paid to instructor)
• ​​This study group will be a follow on from the class on Fluids Fascia and the Lymphatic System. Tailored to the students needs and give them a chance to review any material that was presented in the class. It will also include breath-work and small movements that are specific to fluid and lymphatic function in the body, There will also be a brief discussion of dry body following lymphatic pathways.

Associate Advanced Instructor of
Ortho-Bionomy® 

​Liz Olivas is the president and founder of The Therapeutic Alternative. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist who has trained with Hildegard Wittlinger of The Dr. Vodder School in Walschee, Austria.
Additionally, she is an Associate Advanced Instructor and  Advanced Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy® with the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International®.
Liz brings with her an accumulation of over 32 years of private practice; during this time she recognized a need for a form of therapy that effectively releases tension, stress, acute and chronic pain with little or no damage to the surrounding tissues. She has combined and blended methods in the treatment of post mastectomy lymphedema and post mastectomy pain syndromes. She also works with clients who have post-surgical issues caused by edema, scar tissue and traumas, as well as structural misalignments.
As a pioneer in her field, she has explored outside the box of the conventional approach to treatment and is sought out to teach and share her discoveries with students as well as other therapists.
Liz Olivas maintains a private practice at The Therapeutic Alternative in Boca Raton Florida.
