The Posture and Post Techniques class enhances your work like no other in Ortho-Bionomy®.  Participants learn to evaluate and address inefficient postural habits through accurate observation and simple exercises that work with gait, scoliosis, and the natural curves of the spine.  Post Techniques are designed to directly correlate to and support the Phase 4 spine exercises.  They act as a check and balance offering us tools for assessment, integration, and release. Together, Posture and Post Techniques assist in reeducating the body towards more optimal functioning and play a vital role in our client’s ability to self-recognize and embody new postural habits.

Instructor

Erin is a Registered Instructor and Advanced Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy®. She discovered Ortho-Bionomy in her own healing process. The long hours of sitting as a professional violinist, decades of running, and the general accumulation of life impacted the health of her low back. Ortho-Bionomy gave Erin relief from her chronic pain and provided stability to her structure. It is now her passion. In 2014 she shifted her professional emphasis to the study of Ortho-Bionomy. Erin’s sensitivity, creativity, and receptive nature help her adapt to clients and students alike on their own path of discovery and the wondrous healing power of the body.

Ortho-Bionomy® in Florida is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider.
