We rely on your confirmed attendance to make important arrangements for our classes. If you need to cancel, please let us know no fewer than 20 days prior to the first day of class. Cancellations must be in writing via our contact email: firstname.lastname@example.org. The date of cancellation shall be considered the date of your email. If you do not receive a reply that we have received your cancellation, please call Cecilia Redigan, Class Coordinator at 561.392.3340
If you need to cancel three weeks before the first day of class, you may transfer the full amount to another class, or elect to receive a partial refund of 80% of the class fee. An administrative fee of 20% will be charged for cancellations within the last three weeks prior to the course. Refunds by check shall be refunded within 10 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to not reaching the minimum number of students needed to host a class. Notice of such cancellation would be given no less than 30 days prior to the class start date. If we cancel the class, you will receive a full refund.
We recommend if you are flying in from out of town to not purchase your flight until the class has been confirmed. Confirmation of class will be no less than 30 days from the class start date.
